Pre 18 no fun to level

So pre lvl 18 you have no keystone, runes, masteries but somehow riot thinks its okay to pair you against/with players with all that stuff. idk how riot thinks level isn't bad enough going through and playing a bunch of boring games before having everything available but on top of that they add players that have a hella lot more then you and expect it to "balance" well I have been in many games on my smurf (lvl 14) vs lvl 18-25s....idk why but I feel like riot doesn't want new players to enjoy their experience when smurfing is allowed, and match making at low lvls is so unbalanced.

I know... I played PvP before 18, but I wouldn't today.

this game does have like the steepest learning curve out of any other game i can think of. Having to learn what 131 champs do and how to fight them/ fight around them is an experience in and of itself. Then you have to find someone you are good with and learn how they counter all those champs.
