Something needs to be done

Hi, iv'e been playing for awhile now, trolls and afks are a part of the gameplay of league i know this very well, but i genuinely want someone to just take a look at 1 game, just 1, your ranking system is based on luck, there's no skill or hard work behind it, ive played this game for years, i consider myself not a good, not great not even close to the best, but i manage. In basically 5 years i have never reached gold, not because of my performance but because of other people. I understand your game is team based but ranked shouldn't be so hostile in removing lp and demoting when you're not even at fault. Again I'm not the best player, just a common guy but this is too much, your system is a failure, i have no idea how many reports ive writen over the years, i even had my account banned by a group of 5 people who all knew each other and only did it for fun. Your system is a failure, your tribunal is a failure, we don't want more champs, we don't want more skins, WE WANT A FAIR GAME.
