@Riot [Suggestion] Allow players to search for chromas in the shop based on "availability"

Just like we're able to search for skins in the shop using "champions owned" as a criterion, we should also be able to search for chromas with the same ease. Why don't you add an option that shows only chromas for which we already own the required skin or champion?
