Options for practice dummies in sandbox mode

Hi,

It would be nice to if we could spawn dummies with different hp values, say 1000, 1500, 3000 etc

Unfortunately, a lot of champs and items have inherent issues with a dps test on the super high HP dummy that is default in the practice dummy. Think Fiora, Shen, Kogmaw, Blade of the ruined king, Guinsoo's rageblade, Lliandry's torment

I've been doing theory crafting with Kalista recently. I wanted to see the differences between Guinsoo's and Blade of the ruined king. I am struggling to accurately see which item might does the most for her as a one item purchase. at the timing of purchasing my first item in a real game my opposite adc will have like 1000 hp. and since I will want to hit them, I want to know which item would be the most effective at doing so! but I cannot work this out without manually setting up a test against say a level 2 scuttle crab or something. As you can imagine BOTRK is better against the high health dummy.
