Placed turrets and their technicalities.....

Are the attacks from placed turrets (Zyra's plants, Azir's soldiers, Heimer's turrets, Illaoi's tentacles) considered basic attacks for the purpose of hunter's machete and spellblade passives?

EDIT: Do these attacks apply spell vamp or life steal?

EDIT2: Do these apply devourer?
