Teemo kinda need a buff

Teemo’s win rate and pick rate has gone down dramatically in the recent patches. I still managed to get 2 S+ with him in 2 days but I am a Teemo main it is different for me. Overall he feels kind of weak right now, a slight buff on his Q will make a lot of difference.

First of all, GOOD. I don't want to see that shitter. And second, he doesn't need a buff ffs. He needs a god damn VGU.
