NEW Passive(Good Sniping position/Scoped In): When Caitlyn stands still for more than 3 seconds Caitlyn roots herself in one spot and after entrenching herself her auto attack range gradually grows every second stopping at 1300 range(If in a Brush the attack range growth is sped up). When Caitlyn right clicks a target during this state she marks them actively searching for a weakspot . The Longer a target is marked the more damage Caitlyns Anti personnel projectile will deal to them(the Rate at which caitlyn detects weakspots scales with her critchance). Both teams can see who is marked as Caitlyn uses a red laser sight.While Entrench Caitlyns basic attack is disabled.

NEW Q :Long-Range Anti personnel : Caitlyn holds ammo counts that scales with her level( these replinish over time).The Rate at which Caitlyn recovers ammo scales primarily with her Attack speed but slightly also with cooldown reduction

Caitlyn can press Q to fire a projectile at her currently marked target (these projectiles apply On-hit) . If the shot hits the marked target it will consume the mark dealing bonus damage based on how long they were marked for. (at maximum mark duration this skill will effectively deal damage equal to current caitlyns headshot). These projectiles can be intercepted by minions and other champions.

NEW W: Probe Trap:Caitlyn stores flying camera drones that also act as traps up to a maximum of 1/2/3/4 probes.When activated Caitlyn will send a probe out to a target area giving vision in a 350 radius around it for up to 90 seconds(cast range of 2750). When a enemy champion passes near them they will give off a red warning alarm and ping the minimap.Then if a Enemy steps within very close range they will release a electrical discharge first stunning then slowing and revealing the enemy hero (cooldown of 20 seconds).These drones take 3 auto attacks to destroy

slightly reworked E: 50 calibur net: Caitlyn shoots a net in target direction snaring the first target hit to the ground for 1.5 seconds and dealing phsyical damage. The Cast Range of this skill scales with Caitlins attack range and can be shot while caitlyn is in good sniping position. (DOES NOT PUSH CAITLYN BACK IF SHE IS ENTRENCHED)

R:Ace in the Hole:After a brief delay, Caitlyn locks onto a target enemy champion and channels for 1 second. At start of the cast, Caitlyn gains T true sight of the target. If Caitlyn completes the channel, she fires a homing projectile toward the target that deals physical damage to the first enemy champion it hits. Other enemy champions can intercept the shot UNLESS the target has a max duration mark on them.

Synopsis

This rework would bring caitlyn back on top as the go - to siege ranged ADC's whilst but would also make her playstyle very different and unique as now she brings other things to the teamfight that other Marksmans dont. With this rework Caitlyn becomes a very long ranged supportive/suppresive ADC that contributes more than just damage to a skirmish or teamfight.Caitlyn now sets up far back behind her teammates before a fight starts off and starts marking people by marking a person then waiting for a clear shot Caitlyn can deal MASSIVE damage to a target and maybe force them out of a fight. The Enemys teammates will either scramble to protect the ADC or begin looking to flank Caitlyns position.Caitlyn can also fire a Gigantic net across her massive Range to snare a high priority target for her team to collapse upon this also still doubles as a escape mechanism when untreched.something else unique that Caitlyn brings to a fight is Information. Similar to Ashe Caitlyn can grant her team vision across the map using her aerial probes. These probs can also be set up along the River or in the enemys jungle. They deal no damage but do offer a small amount of CC and good vision they also serve as warning tools for incoming ganks however the player should not completely rely on this as savvy Junglers will be able to find a way around them without setting them off (just like a jewel thief Infiltrating a bank!). Caitlyn still retains her most iconic ability Ace in the hole however Now it might be her only non-interceptable Garenteed damage against a target.

Drawbacks and Counterplay

-While entrenched Caitlyn can only mark heros, minions and monsters meaning that she cannot contribute damage to a tower this means a caitlyn who wants to contribute to tower busting will have to get within her normal 650 range ; As Marksmen are the priemer towerbusters a team will have to draft around this drawback. -PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING CAN BE INTERCEPTED. If a ally sees a target marked then they can move to intercept the shots for them mitigating Caitlyns damage output. Another drawback would be despite Caitlyn having a massive attack range her VISION RANGE remains the same. This means that a Caitlyn is very dependant on teamplay , use of wards and her drones in order to get the most out of being entrenched. -In order for Caitlyn to get BIG DAMAGE off of her Q she will need to mark a target but NOT attack it for a bit so the bonus damage can ramp up. Use this dps gap to manuver into a better position or simply step back out of her Auto attacking range.
