Patience on Dragon/Baron

Since all the monsters in the jungle have been getting patience, why haven't dragon or baron? Useless anecdote: I was jungling and there was a fight around dragon. Both teams had left it alone after getting it to ~2000, so i waited until it got down below my smite damage. Once i smited it, it had regained enough health to survive the smite because it had started to reset. Basically i think as long as they're implementing this patience bar, they might as well add it to dragon and baron so that players can know if it's about to reset.
