Can someone explain how Warwick is the most balanced champion?

I've heard countless times that Warwick is "arguably the most balanced champion and the most successful rework ever", with no explanation. Even when I ask for an explanation I just feel like I get ignored, so now I'm making a post on its own about this.

I could write a novel on why Warwick is my 2nd least favorite champion. It could be his dash that with timing slightly better than a paraplegic pig can be used to follow every dash in the game, the 2 crazy heals he has, the over 50% damage reduction he can get for 2 seconds, the giant AOE fear, the passive that makes him run from one lane to another in mere seconds, which also can make his ult have an insane range, his other passive that gives him lifesteal and attack speed when he fights someone who's low, the gigantic leap with another AOE fear, which again, has a retarded heal attached to it.

BUT YA KNOW MAYBE THAT'S JUST ME I'M JUST A TOXIC SILVER PLAYER ANYWAYS............

He only has one AoE fear, and unless I'm mistaken he loses the damage reduction when he triggers the fear. I know when I play him I often have to pop the fear ASAP to keep make a gank work if I don't have Ult or there are multiple enemies. Heal from passive is pretty low key, most healing comes from Q, which is his only reliable damage besides autos. He is very good at punishing people getting poked down below health threshold. His kit when played smart is strong, but he doesn't have one crazy OP skill.

Sounds like you don't know how his skills actually work.

He's strong early but really weak late. His w passive isnt very good if enemies aren't low health. Enemies have a clear indicator when they are being tracked and are likely gank targets. He has no aoe ability to help clear. He lacks a decent gap closer before 6; sure his q can follow your gap closer and put him behind you, but the range to be able to do that is short and is not a dash itself. His ult is basically just a gap closing cc, it's damage is minimal and it also ccs himself. His abilities don't really do damage. He has q and the attack speed buff on w only of the enemy gets to low health. Q has really good base damage, but it's scaling isn't very good for a full damage warwick to be variable.

I wouldnt say he is the most balanced champion, but his rework was certainly the best rework that I have experienced(maybe after sion but I never played the old sion)

I mean his rework was cool but he is just kinda overpowered atm since he can gank a lot early + sustain.

He's good in any given 1v1 situation and he's good at running away if the player isn't dumb enough to keep him planted inside a group of enemies.

But if you learn the range of his fear then you can maintain a safe distance from him for when he activates it and wait for him to howl before collapsing on him if he's your priority target.

And that is a very big IF because his sustain makes him into a drain tank. If he's backed by competent allies then it will likely be someone else you want to focus.

But you have to exercise caution if you think his ult is off cooldown because he will likely use it to keep you off his carry so that his carry can proceed to eat you where you stand.

That said, it is probably a good idea to bait him into your team and make him waste his ult on something that can survive it. A good CC will put an end to his ult as well. A good WW doesn't use his ult to kill you, he uses it to stop you if you're trying to run, peel you if you're trying to engage, stall for time while his other abilities are on CD, or lock you down so that one of his allies can secure a kill.

None of that is important. What the real question should be is how ww became some sort of zaun creation!?!
