Kled/SKT T1 skins release date

When is it? I thought this patch today was meant to be the release date of it I really wanted to buy a skt t1 skins today and kled but.. its not even out on todays patch?

Any ETA on the release date of them both ?

As usual, new content are not instantly available once the patch goes live. This has happened every patch for years. Kled became available a few hours after the patch went live. The skins should become available sometime during the patch cycle aka before the next patch goes live.
