Something I'd like to see on the new akali

No, I'm not an akali main but guess what, I've got common sense. Doing cool stuff is more fun than doing not cool stuff. I'm PRETTY SURE nobody plays akali to watch her hp go up and sit inside a circle laughing at her utter rejection of most counterplay for just a few seconds, also healthy conversation is healthy. This is just what I want to see, I don't represent anyone specific but I have played as and against akali for a long time now and have things I want to keep and replace when she finally she gets much needed changes.
So what is akali even
We got a ninja assassin with some sideboob going on, in fact she is some of the most iconic sideboob in gaming. She's a young lady from the Kinkou Order

Ok so that damage is a little bit tiltbait but ignoring that the things you can do with that targeted mobility are kindof cool, that's some nice stuff right? But when I really think about it, who the hell even plays akali for her earlygame, that mobility is literally all the fun isn't it? What if... it were just ok for akali to be about going fast and striking like a shadow while being extremely squishy and daring and flashy
But then we have a few issues.
- akali has mobility, healing, and a stealth to keep her alive which gets worse if she gets tanky
- akali does tons of damage and it would suck if she didn't but just zipped around uselessly OR did too much and zipped around endlessly
- akali's has a lot of toxic elements for gameplay regardless of whether or not they are balanced meaning any small change is really completely meaningless.
First lets look at number 1.
Why does akali need these things
She needs mobility because its cool, she needs healing because she'll get focused down in fights and she needs stealth for the same reason but in reality what she really needs is a way to ignore massive damage over a very short period of time aka evasion. Evasion is something league has tried to emulate but has repeatedly failed at until sortof recently but even then it was kindof bad because sustain + evasion is REALLY annoying. Yes, I'm referring of course to
and his persistent self shielding. This pseudo evasion is actually a lot healthier than the rng evasion this game used to have and would allow champs like akali to go into a fight, do the badness, and escape. My proposition to solve akali's issue is to start making her into a proper duelist, a high damage dealer who dodges damage but minus the aoe
new passive: akali cannot recover hp from lifesteal, spellvamp, or omnivamp. If she would she instead gets overhealed for a shield. Akali's shield does not block damage while she is under the effect of movement inhibiting crowd control.
Now for number 2.
How to keep akali from being too mobile and too strong/weak at the same time
Obviously the solution is to put most of the damage in her kit itself but then the defensive builds make this problematic. Very problematic. But what if her damage she deals overall was connected more directly to how much damage she deals indirectly!

Q: akali marks a target and deals damage. Each time she strikes the marked target with an attack or ability she gains +6/7/8/9/10% increased damage stacking up to so many times. 50% times nothing is still nothing, if she goes tank while relying on this for damage she will be too slow to do much. If she goes damage then if she commits and you cant deal with her then she deals insane damage. The mark now lasts for 5 seconds or more but the cd is reset if she kills the target. Lets make it a skillshot too. She will be shielded for some portion of the damage she is dealing
Next, I'd like to more or less switch her ult and W around for the middle and third issue... to explain this I'll just move on to number 3
Number 3...
One of the worst issues with her is that she is simply unfun to play at times and unfun to play against but most of her issue stems from her pseudo evasion. I've gotten rid of her heal but now for her stealth. In truth akali just doesn't need a stealth, she needs cover of some sort. She's a ninja, not a mage. On the otherhand she has a suck earlygame. To solve this I say.. just make akali fast! swap her W and R. Keep the charge system. Make it like cait where she can choose between damage and the utility but make her W low damage and her Q higher damage. Her kick should behave something like quinns, a slight knockback that marks the target or extends the duration of a mark. This will allow akali to start being akali faster with her damage mostly in her Q in combination with her other abilities.
And now I'd like to present a proposal for an alternative akali
One that has mobility all game and is mostly about doing daredevil tricks with her dashes and comboing on people in the middle of fights. One that doesn't rely on stealth and healing to survive teamfights
TL;DR
Akali, fist of shadow
Passive: akali gets shielding instead of hp from attacking, decays if she hasn't dealt or taken damage very recently. Doesn't work during immobilizing crowd control
Q: higher cooldowns but no longer consumed by attacks. It is now a skillshot. Each attack on the marked target deals some percentage increased damage up to a cap.
W: now does what her ult does with far lower damage. Most damage will be moved to Q with the added effect of maybe resetting the mark duraiton
E: is unchanged for the most part
R: Is now her obnoxious shroud ability but instead of something obnoxious lets make it interactive! It no longer stealths but rather it reduces vision range of ALL players and wards down to 400 after a brief delay. The blinding effect should have a much larger radius and last longer. HAS 2 CHARGES
Overall what this alternative does is turns her annoying W into something spectacular that isn't going to scale so hard earlygame with any other changes made to her. The new Q gives easily identified windows of power instead of letting her hide then jump to a new target because she couldn't commit to a specific target. The shielding lets her do the yasuo thing while preventing the other yasuo thing where he heals off the damage the shield prevented or didn't prevent from hitting things and she can survive fights while dealing damage.. but when cc'd her shield doesn't protect her which is an important detail.
Her new ult can be used to create a fallback pattern for escapes and such, in combination with her Q that will make her a lot better at killing minions and monsters albeit one at a time. Manaless champs shouldn't be good at killing multiple minions in my opinion though.
Another thing this does is that it skips the idea of forcing akali to wait on her dashes, waiting isn't fun. Instead she gets her damage by sticking in the fight and keeping her mark active for massively multiplied damage that does little if she goes full tank. I want her to be like riven in that her offense gives her better defense than defensive items ever will.
