Game Disconnects me every 10 seconds.

For the past few days, everytime i get into a game (whether it be aram or summoners rift) i disconnect every 10-15 seconds. My ping remains at 40 and stays around there, and still am unable to move at certain points and often d/c. It is NOT my connection or computer as i have watched YouTube videos, ran Spotify app and done countless other things that have worked perfectly fine. The game is simply unplayable, and though i want to play and find the game to be very fun, it has become unenjoyable.
