Possible Fizz nerfs/changes.
I'd like to propose possible changes to fizz to kill off Tank and even AD for good.
Playful trickster's slow scales with AP, with a base of 10/15/20/25/30 + 12% AP with a maximum cap of 45/50/55/60/65
Seastone Trident gets a 1.5 second per-target cooldown, this cooldown is reset upon activation.
That should help a bit with tank fizz. But I also have some changes that Fizz could really do with receiving.
Playful Trickster has a smaller hitbox. Fizz isn't really that big, so a nice change to the massive hitbox that is PT would be nice.
Fizz's attack range could be reduced to 150 from 175. Again, he's not that big, he can't poke that little spear that long. (Unless he wants to drop it.
15% scaling be taken from playful trickster and be given to his ultimate. Reason being, if you dodge his ult, he should be punished a bit more for it. (Resulting in playful trickster having a 60% ap scaling, but giving his ult 115% ap scaling.)
Long shot change, but here it is. Make playful trickster a 40-50-60-70-80% damage reduction while on the pole, instead of untargetability.
Just some random ideas I've been thinking about, and I'd like to see if I have any gems in here.
