Communicating with microphones

why in league you can't communicate with microphone? ranked gameplay in other games such as overwatch and cs:go is so much easier when you can communicate with microphone. i suggest that you add some kind of voice chat for league of legends. I KNOW there has been discussion and i know people have said that it won't work when league community is so toxic but how do you know if you never try it.
