ARAM dodges and a solution?

Everyone who has ever played ARAM has experienced this. You hop into the queue, either by yourself or with your friends, and accept the match. Upon entering the champ select you reroll, trade and set up your runes and masteries then all of a sudden you get that notification. Someone dodged the champion select. You think "Oh, I'll just enter a new queue." Then another dodge and another after that.

Dodges are annoying, even in Normal summoner rift games. However, it is a lot more common in ARAM mostly due to the all random factor. Today, for example, I had to pleasure to experience 5 dodges in a row before I got into a game, this of course took up quite some time in between queue times and champ select. I don't understand why people play ARAM if they dont like the champion they get, it does stand for ALL RANDOM ALL MID, people who don't dodge should not have to deal with this.

I think that Riot should implement something like low priority queue into all ARAM matches. People who often dodges in ARAM queue should be placed into a seperate queue with other people who dodge just as much if not more. There would also be a regular queue where people, who practically never dodge, are the only ones in. So two queues, one for common leavers and one for those who don't.
