can we lower the lp lost when there is an afk longer than 10 min?

Pretty much what it says on the tin. was playing ranked earlier and this guy leaves one min into the game because someone else pick his champ. from then on was a 4 vs 5 till we hit 20 at witch point we surrendered. freaking 20 min of my life wasted. games like this are not fun. they are more like a cancer that erodes the will to play the game. we work hard to gain our lp and it is extremely unfair when the chance of even putting up a fight gets rip out of your hands because of this. then to add salt to the wound you even get penalized as if it was a normal ranked game. its ridiculous and a waste of time. nowadays it gotten to the point i just don't have the will to even play anymore wondering if another leaver will appear at the next game. i know this will change nothing at all but i needed to get it out of my chest. its a problem that needs to be addressed but keeps getting ignored in order to focus on other things that actually make money for RIOT. sad but true. anyways remember to report any and all leavers hopefully once they been banned enough they won't do it again?
