I would pay for better ping

Before the Chicago server move I had 10 ping consistently, and about 80+ ping currently. I would pay monthly for 10 ping again... I'm curious, is this an active discussion at Riot?

Pay for better internet service?

It's really sad this isn't a discussion... Chinese players get access to about 20 different servers to choose from as well as a high-elo server while in NA we are stuck with the one crappy server spread across 3000 miles and 50 states. Garena is doing it better than Riot, and I can't wait till Riot wakes up and does something about this; I'm certain that with at least east and west coast servers in NA, that game quality will dramatically go up and the overall league experience will improve.

I have 80 down and 15 up, its not even close to being an issue on my end... im talking about connecting to a server that is closer to me, not 2000 miles away in chicago. And as for an ethernet cable, i have tried and it only reduces my ping by about 5 on average, so its not a good solution.

try these steps Press the Windows Key (the key on the left side of the spacebar, between ctrl and alt) Type cmd Right-click the Command prompt shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" from the drop down menu. You should now see a black window with white letters. Type ipconfig /release in the command prompt. Press [Enter] Type ipconfig /renew in the command prompt.
