Rant about matchmaking ;-;

I've been paired with A LOT of players on my team, or enemy team that are Gold or higher a good 80% of the time and I'm not trying to like, be a crybaby but it's really frustrating ;-; I'm only Silver 4 so I don't really know how this is happening, but it's just really hard winning against level 7 Diamond Jinx's with a level 6 Plat Lulu duo. And this is all in normals because I'm a person that doesn't play ranked much, so anyone know how to like, lower my "ranking"?
