Bigger Minion Healthbars? My cs is dying!

I have been playing LOL for some time now and I love to play the game. Recently however, my eyes' condition has been deteriorating and its been getting very difficult to see smaller things in-game, (I wear glasses). The minions' health bar has been a significant issue for me, as its been getting harder to last hit due to my eyesight. I have decreased the resolution of the game and even got a new display for my computer, yet the problem persists. If there is any way to increase the size of minion health bars, it would greatly benefit me to have this information.
