I keep getting "attempting to reconnect" at the 5 to 10 minute mark in EVERY game.

For the last few patches I have had this problem and every new patch I keep hoping it would fix, but no, with this new patch it is STILL happening and I haven't played a normal game without this issue in almost 2 months now. It can't be my pc because I have been playing league on this computer for years now. I have had this issue back in January as well, but it got fixed in the next patch. Then a few patches later it happened again, then the next patch it was fixed. Fast forward to a couple of months ago and I have the issue again, except now it seems like it doesn't want to go away. I'm not the only one with this problem either as I have seen many posts talking about this issue and not getting help. It's amazing this problem still persists. I don't know if Riot is adding something in these latest patches that are conflicting with some computers out there or what, but I'd like a proper solution to this. I just wanna play League and enjoy the new stuff we are getting this summer :(
