Before you discuss balance...{exceptions, lets talk about those]
SO that post about game balance, fair to say the points do make sense and are great, HOWEVER! you forgot one thing..Champion exceptions.. These are the champions who are totally clearly not balanced yet no hot fix or balanced change whether thats direct or indirect happens, take for example the old 
ardent censor, fair to say it was very strong on supports, and even after its change to a 25% at all rank passive, it still dominates the game before you ended up buffing champions such as 
,
and 
(who probably abuse this the most) in the early game, so unlike before when they would scale up to something monstrous they're now VERY strong in the early game and mid game, but just not as much in the late game? what?! that almost makes no sense since by that time they're adc is probably 90|0|5 because they're early game is now over 10x better than the opponents. come on common sense...
Moving away from broken or [STILL] unbalanced items, how about 
? This dude is killing it around games, only boasting a 51.2% winrate (according to champion.gg) but every time he appears in a game, it's like the odds are stacked (hehe) in his favor from the start! After his changes and to his e and r, the guy has become stronger than ever [And lets not even begin on the 
shenanigans that happened] .Currently he has moved away from the full tank unkillable monster build and you see people slowly more and more, build full ap on the guy with things like 
and 
for slight tankiness which enables them to do Completely ridiculous damage, and still keeping a overall tank like status in the game. The idea that a Tank of all champions can 1 shot another champion with a q w r combo is off the rails crazy! and needs to be fixed soon, whether that's in the form of a scaling nerf to his abilities or a change in something else. it needs to happen! and fast, this guy is a hidden broken champion right now, and i'm bamboozled how he has not received a change.
