Riot refuses to acknowledge the elephant in the room, that being it takes far less skill and effort for a support to shut down a solo laner than it takes for a solo laner to kill an adc. Until support and adc players like meddler and repetoir accept this don't expect changes to things like polymorph.

You're not alone. It makes playing Eve a LITERAL HELL. You wont EVER kill anyone with lulu around, no matter what you try, thats why shes my like 85% banrate champion.

My big issue with her (besides the plethora of peel she offers carries) is that she doesn't only level a "shield" (defensive) ability first, it also scales as an offensive ability when used on enemy champions. It means she doesn't really have any trade-offs for maxing E (Q AoE is hardly a trade-off as it does lower single target damage anyway). So, if she's behind and maxes E, she still gets her larger shield with a lower cd. But if she's ahead, she still gets a largely damaging ability that helps the snowball, whilst maintaining a max shield in situations that call for shielding.

At least if Janna maxes W for lane harass her E is on a huge cooldown. Lulu doesn't really pay for anything.

Her thing is that she can literally have 0 items and still deny a 20/0 assassin. It's pretty ridiculous.

Its Targeted. Honestly would be 100% fine with the ability if it was a skill shot that only hit champs. This forces the Lulu to have better positioning. Instead of just standing wherever she pleases and instapolymorphing
