although not in the best state as compared to some of the other champions like Darius, Jayce and etc

Dr mundo's new E allows him to be very efficient at last hitting both minions and champions with a large amount of free burst against a target.

I love the new change and I would like to hear others' opinions about the potential of any issues. He's still our beloved mad doctor after all XD
