[Champion Select] Troll picking in Draft

I got 3 games in a row with troll picks, and almost a 4th just because a player does not get his lane from order of pick. Sure everyone has the same chance of trolls, but some players just do not have that luck in there favor. Regardless, no one should have to deal with it. There should be some sort of smart system to decide whether or not the game is a troll match up, or a feature to group kick with a report feature in champion select similar to that of leave buster. I am only trying to do 2 things. 1. Try a new build order on a champion, 2. Get first win of the day. I should not have to queue up ranked to practice something new. Team builder does not cut it as it is not similar to the current ranked play setup.

I understand trolling in blind pick as anything goes, and team builder speaks for itself as you can form whatever you want. But draft should be more of a competitive mode to practice in. I do not screen cap trolls because I look at it as "just 1 or 2 games, I'll get the next one", but going on to 3 and 4? I am sure someone else has ranted or complained about this as well :/ Only the diana matches had trolls and flamers.
