Zac, purposal
I'm new to posting on the boards so I'm not sure about the format and method for it but I wish to state an idea to balance Zac just for fun and curiosity since I always have ideas but never know where to have them read/discussed. Currently, Zac's pressure throughout the game is massive being able to gank at all points in the game along side staying healthy and clearing at a decent speed for a tank I was thinking of shifting his allot more of his strength later on into the game something along the lines of having is elastic slingshot (E) not gain range from leveling the ability but from Zac leveling himself lowering his early game pressure and keeping his late game potential or even adding it as part of his Ultimates 2nd passive this would keep his late game about the same by doing this you can also make maxing his E increase the radius in wich targets are knocked up it can even by something such as changing this current into.
Elastic Slingshot TARGET RANGE: 1200 / 1350 / 1500 / 1650 / 1800 EFFECT RADIUS: 150 COST: 4% CURRENT HEALTH COOLDOWN: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 Elastic Slingshot ACTIVE: Zac channels up to 4.5 seconds, increasing Elastic Slingshot's range over a cone in the target direction. MAXIMUM RANGE CHANNEL DURATION: 0.9 / 1 / 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 Moving during the channel automatically cancels it, refunding 50% of the cost and cooldown. SECOND CAST: Zac dashes to the target location, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies on impact and Airborne icon knocking them up for 0.5 - 1 seconds.

SECOND CAST: Zac dashes to the target location, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies on impact and Airborne icon knocking them up for 0.5 - 1 seconds. also narrowing Zac's stretching strike (Q) width and reducing it's launch speed possibly even making it similar to a (Q) where it is a channeled ability that gains range and slows Zac while casting, this would reduce the difficulty of playing against him since he wouldn't be able to miss and get away with you can even make it so that he MUST attach himself to a champion in order to fling a champion disabling his ability to cast on a minion and AA a nearby champion these are just ideas from an amateur but I'd like feedback on how this is seen I'm posting this for criticism more than anything else.
