With Ekko's passive, his Q, and his W all slowing/stunning an enemy, does Liandry's make a good item on Ekko? Most builds I've read show Luden's Echo and Lich bane as core items, which I agree with. I am wondering if Liandry's should also be included.

lol lol lol no liadnry sucks on him. its as a bad on him as on katarina. he is a burst champ. you need high ap items. no laidnry. cant realyl see it work. unless there tema is 5 tanks that buy 5 worm hogs plus chinderhulk
From my time on the PBE with him...nah. I actually liked building BotRK on him after lichbane, then building Liandries. Current%max health+%health missing is very powerful, plus you get mobility and sustain that isn't your ult. fight isn't going well? Botrk away, make them chase you, then ult. Or, looking at it differently, the sustain it gives you gives you the time in fights for your shadow to catch up to you. Plus it increases your tower taking ability. man, its just an OP item lol.
But to your original question, You won't be applying it enough fully to get a respectable DPS. Liandries is better on champs that don't have to be up in your face all the time and can spam out spells like teemo (shrooms), morgana mid (dat LONG bind+W), or brand. Off hand I can't think of a melee auto attack champion that uses liandries as core. maybe cho? still it's a different playstyle.

Liandry's is sub optimal for Ekko because he's a bursty assassin. You don't want to burn down their HP, you want to burst it through the floor and delete them off the map. It's the same reason I hate Liandry's for Katarina.
When I'm ahead my standard Ekko build is

Well it depends on the enemy team tbh . I mean if they are not building loads of Mr I would . but if you get liandrys get raylais scepter as well.

is a tank killing item. You usually finish it 5th or 6th and it's really good for poking down the enemy frontline before an all in can break out. Really good on champs like 
with ranged poke and cc built into their kits. Item gets better if one of your tanks has an 
to make your poke even stronger.
I could see it working with Ekko's Q, granted the range is a little short. The extra health would give him some extra survivability too. Would probably buy an early 
for the magic pen, sit on it, and then finish into once the enemy tankline has 3-5khp. Could work.
Now if Ekko's job is to jump into the backline and blowup squishies, then makes no sense since there are other items that will let him do this job better. So kind of depends on what you want him to do.
liandriels is a crap item and only usefull for a few champs in few situations(usually poke/dot mages vs heavy tanks) building it on a bursty champion that mostly funktions as assasin is a total waste of gold.
