Idea: an option to enable all ground target abilities to fire towards the cursor when out of range.

Ziggs Q is an example of an ability that fires towards the cursor even when you are out of its range. An option to enable this for all abilities would be really useful for most champions in my opinion. For example Orianna's Q would feel much better with this because it has no cast time. Now you have to make sure its in range or else Orianna will walk towards where you used it to get in range.
