One massive gripe I have with the game currently.
"Team game" but with a soloqueue-ish meta that doesn't even fully cater to soloqueue anyway (aka being able to have your effort mean something). Everyone is forced to try to one shot each other with kits that are probably unable or able to one shot (victory goes to the kits that have one shot potential), and the game keeps getting more skill loaded champs and reworks, with no middle to low ground rework or champs being released period. Oh yeah, even with this soloqueue meta, you could do everything you can but at the end of the day you are at the mercy of not the enemy team, but your own team. Classes need to be re-evaluated (which counters which, which subclass counters which, etc.), less high mechanical champs need to be made (new or rework), and most of all: Choose an aspect to commit to for the love of god. Doing this half pro half solo thing so far ain't working out (take the second half of last season for example). Pro play is all about teamwork, yet soloqueue basically requires you to one trick a champ to death and pray it doesn't become busted and permabanned. Both League and Overwatch are in a similar situation with the team vs solo aspect.
