some hitbox issues?

Overall, league has pretty good hitboxes, especially compared to some games (cough cough dark souls 2 cough cough (as a side note i love this game, bt the hitboxes do suck lol)). However, there are some skills that have reallllyyy bad hitboxes. The main 4 that i think of are leblanc e, amumu q, and thresh hook (all super wide, especially the first 2), and, while i think this is a bug more than a hitbox issues, sion e. Sion's e has a good hitbox... most of the time. Sometimes i will get a direct hit with it - and when i say direct, i mean direct, and it just doest hit. This happens especially often when i do it through a minion.
