Curious

Curious. Anyone know how the matchmaking algorithm works when it comes to Solo que? I'll get some decent teams and go on a win streak, then Riot seems to always give you that team where no one has masteries on their selected champs and everyones MMR is much lower then your own. I know you can't win them all but is it designed to break win streaks or try to give lesser skilled players a chance in ranked? Being serious, not just venting. Really want to know how it works.

Just seems to happen too frequent where you get a solid streak going and that REALLY hard to do anything to win team gets dumped on you.
