Do we have any confirmation dark harvest is getting changes?

Lately all of my games are decided by which team has more dark harvests, because unless you can destroy them early with pretty much worse ruins, you get destroyed late by the dark harvest scaling. Have we seen any feedback from game devs on twitter yet or anything? Also how soon? I'm bouta move to aram because honestly. I'm fine with darkharvest being kinda op right now, because as long as my team takes it as well, it's even. Instead tho, my team is just taking really bad runes and then getting completely stomped. It's really annoying. Like just take dark harvest until it's nerfed zzzz. You can still play your favorite champion. Like literally any champion can run dark harvest, even supports. You don't have to deal damage, the rune does it for you. Please stop throwing my games by taking fleet footwork when you're not even going to have a chance to juke as adc. You're going to get one shot by dark harvest, so you can either get one-shot or one-shot them first, please make the right decision.
