Remove Vayne's flat true damage on her W and revert her long time mana buffs

Remove flat damage on her Silver Bolts, and reduce her aspd per level. 4% per level is a massive amount, especially considering Vayne typically rushes bork and pd/shiv which grants even more aspd. She has too much access to Silver Bolts proc.
Looks good to me. But its much more fun to say GUT HER!
One more suggestion: remove her E initial damage (or move it to the stun part) and\or remove silver bolts proc if she doesn't stun her target against a wall. This weakens her Q-AA-AA-E combo which makes her obnoxious to trade in early levels. In particular it will be a relative buff to other champions who use multiple attacks to do things, like Ashe or Varus, who are both healthy.
Just pink ward the spears.
All these suggestions are horrible. just buy a pink and boom theres an ADC with 0 mobility.
Maybe, that will be better (or something like that) : Change damage from 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 4/5/6/7/8% of target's maximum health) to 5/10/15/20/25(+10% AD) (+ 7/9/11/13/15% of target's bonus health).

All I would like to see nerfed on vayne is the stupid R buff reverted. She has Q up infinitely with R, she did't need such a noob friendly buff.
They could start by not having her e proc a silver bolt stack. It's not really much but I don't see why it is there in the first place.

W: Silver Bolts Every third attack on the same target deals x true damage and x% of the target's max hp as true damage. Every Silver Bolts proc consumes 1 silver bolt. When the game begins, silver mines will spawn randomly around the map. Vayne and her team can capture these silver mines permanently by standing near them for x seconds. In order to gain access to the Silver Bolts proc, Vayne must control at least one of these mines. Over time, as the silver is mined and weaponized, Vayne will passively stack silver bolts. The more silver mines she and her team control, the faster she will stack them.

I mean I think Vayne is fine she just stands out cause its a Tank/Bruiser meta especially with the introduction of so many new health items. She shreds HP builders thats her job. Take that away from her and she is honestly lackluster. Her ability to kite that she has is so that she can handle herself against the tanky ppl on the enemy team she still gets blown up by assassins if you catch her out and away from a wall lol.
All thats happened is the meta shifted to favor vayne as an adc again so people will cry that she is super OP and watch her get gutted because of it...

Her W is completely fine, the main problem she has currently is her ultimate's CD being way too low.
i think vayne is already fine edit: though on mention vayne's condemn needs to be changed somehow, it's just an unsatisfying knockback as is
