All the champs usable in the practice tool

My suggestion is to make all champions in the game available for use in the practice tool. I think it would be a really good for the game, because it allows you to try a champion that you don't own before you buy him, to see if he's worth the buy, so it will act as a sort of a preview for the champ. The second reason is that testing all sorts of things, mechanics, tactics and whatever is what the practice tool was created for, so why not be able to do that with all the champs in the game even if you don't own them? I really hope you consider this Riot :) .
