Tahm Kench's Size Should Scale with his HP

After seeing this quote from Meddler, "We want really enormous size to be linked with high innate tankiness." I thought that since Tahm get's bonus damage based on his health he should also visually grow in size to reflect this. As a gluttonous demon it would make sense for him to get fatter the tankier he gets.
