just got the idea from hearthstone, think it would be a good idea to eliminate smurfs faster

They already do this, ive skipped entire levels before. IE: silver4-silver2
Would not accurately illustrate skill. I've won 20 games in a row at points, but I've just as easily been a victim of long winless streaks.
