Ekko nerfs winrates ect.

So as we all know tank ekko got hit...very hard and now has a negative winrate. Riot's goal is to have every champion have a 50% winrate. Well i think ekko deserves some buffs. The 6.8 and 6.11 nerfs really hit him hard and he really just doesnt feel as fun and crazy. I hope riot lets his passive go to a 4 or maybe a 3.5 second cooldown , as well as the stun on his w at 2 seconds, and the % missing health damage- possibly scaling as you rank up your w. I hope riot does sometime buff ekko. Cheers!
