Flex Queue is Broken

Well, "Riot" U HAVE FUCKED UP SO HARD, First off all i got placed in silver 2 (SILVER FUCKING 2) Then i was like, oh well they said it would be a different rank than solo queue so i started to try to grind my way up. AFTER about 30 games i looked at my LP again silver 2. I started to get frustraed Why the fuck couldnt a plat played climb from bronze elo (silver, same shit). Then i started to look at lol nexus and i saw i was against plat, diamond and even masterplayers from time to time... And the teammates i had was silver, gold sometimes plat. Holy fuck so silver is the new plat now. THIS ISNT BALANCED, I can not climb when my "team" feeds, when they are silver and gold and enemy team are plat. Fix this shit or remove flex. Or is the gameode just for fun so u are your friends can play, then dont make it ranked. And third DONT GIVE SEASON REWARDS FOR FLEX, why reward players that get boosted my friends. Thats how dynamic worked. ITs still league u still need to make sure peopel meet the same skilled players u cant just put a trash team vs plat/dia its now how it works. Fix it or move it. U will loose lots of players cause of this. No wonder people play overwatch instead

EDIT: Also i looked over other people complainen abotu flex queue, riot is completly ignoring it, funny haha.
