Aatrox and my concerns

So is it just me or does it seem that riot didnt really see what aatrox mains wanted. you can see so many good ideas. his kit kinda seems like they and you to aa with his passive but then his q is really long ranged so it gives a mixed idea on him his e is lackluster in both aspects you get almost no healing with it and the dash doesnt do much even with q because you have 2 charges for a 3 proc ability. his ult is the most lackluster thing ever. You have this demon charging at you but does nothing that makes sense. an ulti that empowers aa on a champ that is an ability spam champ. and the only way you can hit your full combo is if the enemy is just stupid. There seems to be no feedback from riot and for someone who loved aatrox since i started to see this happen makes me sad. and he was so cool being a graceful demon who lusted for war and blood and has a living whip sword and has war banners for wings. now hes just an angry demon who has a sword. he isnt a duelist now either. hes also just too clunky. i really want a rioter to see this and give some info on what could happen to him for the better. the community has given there feedback to no avail.
