Later black cleaver and Brutalizer nerfed

I mean you could just nerf the masteries interaction with the dot and not both the masteries and the champion, but I guess insight is too hard for the tools working at Riot

I don't exactly understand why you did what we expected you for Yasuo and Trynd. Nerfing just the overpowered crit mastery, and not BOTH the mastery and the champion. Where is the logic behind this?
