I think there should be more damage reduction in conjunction with the new damage amplifiers
With the new AD items and masteries, I feel that some characters might be in a huge disadvantage.
Champions like Hecarim and Olaf are carry fighters that fight best when building primarily health. They rely on their base AD stats and damages to fight the enemy rather than building damage due to their overall poor scaling. These are characters that disrupt the enemy team rather than killing them.
With Mortal reminder and the availability of Grevious Wounds, these champions are going to struggle so much just being in the game. They will be a huge hindrance even when they do their job well.
It wouldn't such a problem if the crit items didn't give so much crit and one of the new keystone masteries gave 15% Lifesteal for every crit. This will ensure that tanky fighters will struggle to take an ADC out of a fight due to their abilities to heal every 2 seconds and potentially 100% critting every time.
I think that tanky fighters should get some better scaling on their abilities and have their abilities scale with AD.
Hecarim's ultimate is a highly disruptive ability, but it doesn't scale to anything more than that. Make his ult scale with AD; doesn't have to be much, just give him some a little more damage so that he can scale better into the late game. And while we're on it, let his W scale with AD as well. He'll need it given that healing reduction is going to be more readily available.
I'm down for buffing ADCs. But let's please not do this at the cost of phasing out tanky fighters.
