LP Punishment for NEGLIGENT feeding.

We have a report option for intentional feeding, but that is abused so much I doubt it even does anything when people actually do feed to troll.

But we need a feature for those special people who are 0/5 and just keep running into the enemy thinking they can fight. The jungler that keeps going to the same spot he keeps getting invaded. People fighting fights they can't win, despite the whole team telling them to sit under turret.

You can't go 2/14 as a meals on wheels rammus jungle in 13 minutes by playing smart, and playing to help your team. It's just not possible. Going 0/8 in lane should never happen.

I'm not saying they should be banned or anything, they aren't usually trolls, but they clearly don't belong in the elo they're currently at. I think that if there was a "report" option for players to report people who do unreasonably bad, and if enough people report them they should lose extra LP or be demoted. This would help smooth out the ranks a little better and get people where they belong faster. Again I'm not saying this would be for losing lane or going 1/10/10 as a support if you're trying but just losing the game; if you keep doing the same stupid thing that a reasonable player at your elo would never do, then you should be punished by losing extra Elo.
