I know I'm a bronze 1 Zoe player but looked at op.gg and saw zoe has a 54% winrate and 8% play rate

I mean I win most of the games I play as zoe and I'm not that good. The only time I lose is is enemy mid lanes can survive my lane without feeding and giving a cs lead. I think her damage is dumb but she is clearly busted. There is counter play but it doenst really matter if i land that e because it's a kill or high damage most of the time. When I am not doing well as zoe I feel like a troll when I am doing well I feel bad for the enemy team. She is feast or famine expect when she is behind she still does busted damage just not one shots. It's really not okay

in low elo players that don't know how to dodge skillshots .. she will be busted

but in high elo they always get behind minions and jump in her face with a flash + cc = dead

the best rework as a zoe player is to give her a real escape she doesn't has any escape and then reduce her Q dmg

maybe remove W and and make it like a dash or another leap without getting back so she can be mobile not relying on flash to run

if u nerf her dmg and not give her any escape she will be trash

also buff the long range on her E but remove the range through walls now she can be balanced

but riot probably don't care about low elo players they only care about high elo that's why they nerf ryze that he is shit in low elo and god tier in high elo

so just abuse champs that can be countered by skills which low elo players don't have
