During the assassin reworks why was the bonetooth necklace passive changed for Rengar?

It just seems so un-interesting, and not as rewarding when you get the trophies.

Now:

1 Trophy: Rengar gains 1 (+ 1% bonus AD) bonus attack damage. 2 Trophies: Rengar gains 3 (+ 3% bonus AD) bonus attack damage. 3 Trophies: Rengar gains 7 (+ 7% bonus AD) bonus attack damage. 4 Trophies: Rengar gains 13 (+ 13% bonus AD) bonus attack damage. 5 Trophies: Rengar gains 20 (+ 20% bonus AD) bonus attack damage. Head of Kha'Zix: Rengar gains 30 (+ 30% bonus AD) bonus attack damage.

Before:

3 Trophies: Rengar gains 25 bonus movement speed while out of combat or in brush. 6 Trophies: Unseen Predator gains 125 bonus range. 12 Trophies: Thrill of the Hunt Thrill of the Hunt's duration is increased by 5 seconds. 20 Trophies: Thrill of the Hunt Thrill of the Hunt's bonus movement speed while stealthed is doubled. Head of Kha'Zix: Rengar gains all combined bonuses from 20 trophies as well as increased Sight icon sight range while in brush.
