in this i didnt wanna talk about the new assasin item or the xin buff this topic will destroy the boards tomorrow enough believe me no its another section where riot mentioned to prevent trolls free to play champs are no longer playable in ranket , does that mean for everybody or just the people who doesnt have the champ

and btw have you seen the bloodmoon skin for yasuo ? hate that champ but that skin is just awesome
