Kleptomancy should disable Spellthief, Frostfang, and Frost Queen's Claim's gold related portions

Klepto is entirely OP on the right champions and just good on many others. Problem is when champions like GP take Klepto and and generate so much gold that any kill lead you may have over them is made irrelevant. This boost in income is massive and can easily be abused by champions like GP who have safe ways of applying Klepto and Tribute (GP's Q for example).

So why not make it so that by taking kleptomancy, you no longer get the +2 gold per 10 nor the UNIQUE passive: tribute.
