Lee sin no quick cast on w(self)

This is actually an insanely annoying bug, as I use alt+w a crapload, please try to fix this asap or hotfix it. this is actually a really bad bug created by the patch to make lee sin w easier to use for laggy players..

Read the patch notes. They did some stuff for high ping lees and self cast for his W is temporarily disabled. It will be back in a patch or two.
