[Item Sets] Backup / save
Problem: When item sets dissapear after fixing / uninstalling / reinstalling the game. After entering a game you realize our item sets got deleted and we have to deal with Riot's item set recommended standards / all items.
Why is this a problem?: Imagine how many times you had (or you would have) to reinvent the item sets (maybe you need one, maybe two, maybe 20... the 420 joke would never stop :P) but seriously, creating them all over again is really an annoying thing and a waste of time.

Best thing to happen would be to store the item sets in the server just like our runes and masteries, so we don't have any concerns about them for when we have to fix / reinstall.

If Riot were able to set at least an import/export option to save our item sets so we can load them into another computer or another LoL (without having to lure into the friggin' files of the game, and/or googling them) that'd be good enough.
