Anyone remember the refund tokens/points?

So rito gave u 3 of them and i was level 10 back then refunding my master yi for a soraka. Now i regret it. Im now level 30 and i want to refund adcs like vayne and cait because it's my weakest role. There should be a way to earn these refund tokens like by mastering a champ or by getting into a certain rank (bronze, silver, gold, etc.)
