Halloween Game mode Idea

Ok so I and one of my friends were walking and talking thinking of champion ideas and skins then we came up with a few ideas for Halloween skins and thought that they could be implemented into game mode Similar to that of Dead By Daylight by having skins for a few characters that were your generic slasher movie teens (I think it would be a good idea to maybe base them on Scobby Doo maybe Ezreal-Fred Gnar-Scooby Doo Ivern-Shaggy maybe?) and then choose a few champs to be the chasers (that are player controlled like in Dead By Daylight) Like Sion Nocturn Maybe Rek'sai.
