Do something!

Hello, so about a while ago Riot buffed Vi cooldowns, in hope she would be played in solo lanes. I'm afraid that's not enough! I'm a main and she is my favourite character in the game who is apparently in the fucking gutter. I want to play her top lane but she is just too trash. So what I'm asking are modifications on her abilities and some changes that would put her in the game at least. Make her either a bruiser or assassin, this way she is somewhere in the middle but cannot match with other junglers or toplaners, useful if ahead. And one other thing... Demon Vi and Project Vi q ability - Vault Breaker are slower than others fix it. Thanks!
